Our position
WinkWink memberships are digital products delivered immediately. Because access is granted the moment you pay, we don't offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, unused time, or deciding the product isn't for you.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have statutory consumer guarantees that no refund policy can override. If WinkWink doesn't work as described, has a major failure that can't be fixed, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy — up to and including a refund. These rights exist because of Australian law, not our discretion. We honour them.
What doesn't qualify
- You changed your mind
- You forgot to cancel before a renewal
- The app worked as described but wasn't what you expected
- You used WinkWink somewhere your institution didn't allow it
